The Christ Church in Philadelphia recently upgraded their boiler to a high efficiency gas boiler and looked no further than ProForm Chimney Restoration to provide a new long lasting chimney liner. The original over sized chimney flue was relined with a Philadelphia Gas Works approved Dual Fuel ProForm Chimney Liner.

This week an 85′ x 22″ ProForm™Liner was installed on this windy and rainy Wednesday. The job was complete by 2:15pm…this time we beat the traffic home!

This week ProForm Chimney Restoration™ installed a 22″ diameter liner 180 feet long in NYC. The 850 lb liner was taken down to the basement via the elevator, then hoisted up the existing flue. Two steam generators were used to inflate and cure the liner. The entire job was completed in 1 1/2 days. Check out the photos and video…

This contractor made a decision to run the ProForm™ liner directly into the smoke pipe to eliminate the need for a T connection. We were able to accommodate the request due to the access port on the side of the smoke pipe which allowed us to attach the bottom steam fitting. After the liner was cured, the ProForm™ liner was cut inside the smoke pipe forming a seamless transition from smoke pipe to flue. By the way, that flue was 8″ x 24″ and had no issues transitioning into a round pipe.
Anyone in the industry will appreciate these pictures. Notice the offsets and shape changes and the incredibly smooth surface of this 70′ flue.
